1. Passengers are strictly prohibited to bring inflammable substance or any substance that is legally prohibited, provoking or mobbish. Using portable megaphone or hanging banner or slogan is also prohibited.
2. Passengers cannot take carry-on baggage on board without consent of the Bus Owner.
3. Passenger cannot bring pet or any animal on board without consent of the Bus Owner.
4. Passengers cannot leave their seats or walk around when the bus is moving.
5. Passengers cannot bring their own food and drinks on bus without the consent of Bus Owner. Smoking is prohibited on any vehicle under Hong Kong law. If any passenger smokes on Crystal Bus, the Bus Owner has the right to terminate the service immediately without any compensation and a cleaning cost of no less than HK$ 3,000 will be deducted from the deposit. The Bus Owner also has to right to seek compensation for all losses due to suspension of business while the vehicle is being cleaned.
6. Passengers may not bring in any alcoholic drinks without the consent of the Bus Owner. We require a deposit for all permitted alcoholic drinks in case of drunken behaviours such vomiting or spilling drinks, causing any stains and odours. A cleaning cost of no less than HK$ 3,000 will be deducted from the deposit. Bus Owner also has to right to seek compensation for all losses due to suspension of business while the vehicle is being cleaned.
7. Please keep the bus clean. Inspection will be made after your or your members’use. If any damage, stain or smell is caused, the deposit will be deducted for cleaning or restoration or re-purchase. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the loss, the Bus Owner will issue a notice of payment to the person in charge or make further civil claims.
8. Passengers must observe the laws of Hong Kong at all time. If any passenger violates the laws that caused The Bus Owner being prosecuted by the department of Hong Kong government, the Bus Owner will claim the loss on passenger for indemnification.
9. If the Bus Owner fails to serve or fails to serve on time due to contingency events, the Bus Owner will collect pro-rata payment for the service provided. The Bus Owner will at most be refunding passengers all the collected payment and the Bus Owner will not compensate the passenger for the losses and damages due to the uncontrolled circumstances that prohibit the Bus Owner to perform service.
10. Passengers must follow the arrangements and instructions of the staff of the Bus Owner or else the Bus Owner could terminate service without providing compensation to passenger.
11. The use of the bus cannot allow any immoral or slanderous activity or activity that has political significance or harm the reputation of the Bus Owner.
12. Passengers cannot bring pornography or deliver such message onboard.
13. Passenger cannot cause harm or perform illegally to other people or property.
14. With concern to the safety of passenger and the public, the Bus Owner has the right to stop service without owing responsibility and providing compensation to passenger or customer.
15. The signatory is responsible for all the actions of the tour members that bring losses to the Company.
16. Bus Owner confirms that it has held and obtained all relevant licenses, certificates and permits for undertaking this project and has purchased sufficient third party insurance.
17. The included terms and conditions are interpreted pursuant to to all the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, P.R. China.
